🌟 Recognizing Excellence in Direct Support 🌟 At CSG, we’re proud to invest in the growth of our amazing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). That’s why we’ve partnered with the NADSP E-Badge Academy, a national program that helps DSP team members earn professional credentials while showcasing their skills, dedication, and commitment to quality care. Through E-Badge Academy, DSPs and FLSs earn stackable e-badges in areas like Crisis Intervention, Medication Administration, First Aid, Respecting Confidentiality, and more — all building toward nationally recognized NADSP Certifications. As of October 7, 2025: 🏅 67 DSPs and FLSs are actively working toward certification. 🏅 DSPs have earned 213 badges to date. 🏅 FLSs have earned 283 badges to date. We’re also proud to recognize: ✨ 7 DSPs who have earned their DSP I Credential ✨ 6 FLSs who have achieved their FLS Credential We couldn’t be prouder of our team for their commitment to growth, excellence, and the mission of supporting individuals with compassion, skill, and heart. 👏 These achievements are just a small piece of the professionalism and dedication of our frontline staff, serving others at the heart of CSG’s mission. From September 7th to 13th, we celebrate Direct Support Professionals Week, as proclaimed by Governor Shapiro. We extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our DSPs and all CSG staff who directly impact the lives of others daily. CSG is profoundly grateful for the unwavering dedication and compassion shown by our DSPs. They play a vital role in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, advocating for their independence and helping them lead fulfilling lives. Their daily commitment to providing high-quality service is truly commendable. CSG is proud to support and value all of our frontline staff throughout the year. CSG actively champions Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at both state and national levels. Our advocacy focuses on securing increased funding, enhancing the visibility of direct support as a profession, and establishing clear career pathways and professional development opportunities. This year, CSG launched an initiative to provide DSPs and Frontline Supervisors with credentialing opportunities through the NADSP E Badge Academy. We are incredibly proud of the many DSPs and Frontline Supervisors who have already earned their credentials, and of the numerous others who are currently working towards this achievement. On this Labor Day, we celebrate the dedication and hard work of our entire CSG team. We know that for many of our staff, especially our Direct Support Professionals, Behavioral Health Advisors, clinicians, and caregivers, holidays aren’t always a day off. Thank you to those who continue serving individuals and supporting our communities today and every day.
