Our Women's+ network are moving mountains ⛰️ Recently they hosted an event at our GLH offices with Sophie Davis, Founder & CEO of Outdoor Adventure Girls, as part of their efforts to spotlight businesses by women, for women. Sophie has created a global movement for women to connect, enjoy travel and the outdoors. Our ASOSers got to hear about tackling burnout, making travel safe for women, trekking to Everest basecamp and even learned how to protect their peace ☮
It's South Asian Heritage Month 🥳 South Asian Heritage month in the UK is a time to commemorate, honour and celebrate the rich cultures, histories and communities of South Asia. This year's theme is 'Roots to Routes' which talks about the journeys and experiences that shape South Asian identities. We spoke to our Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager Sunita, who told us all about her Punjabi culture and what inclusion means to her ❤️
Networking, but add a little ✨spice✨ A few weeks ago we hosted an internal networking event with our friends at HubDot in our GLH office (because getting to know 3,000 colleagues can be tricky). The twist? We got our ASOSers to get up on stage and share more about them and their story, which made us feel a lot closer as a team ❤️ Count us in for the next one!
We’re really pleased to share that we've now officially partnered with Fertility Matters at Work - the UK’s leading training provider for fertility support in the workplace 🎉 Together, we’re working towards becoming a Fertility Friendly Employer, helping to ensure ASOSers feel supported through the challenges of trying to grow their families. But how’re we doing that? 💡 We’re adding new modules to our learning platform so that ASOSers can learn how to support those who are going through fertility treatment 📅 We’ll also be hosting an event to launch the modules later this year and keep the conversation going on fertility treatments at work
ASOS x Adidas on the runway 🙌🏻 To celebrate to launch of an exclusive collection designed by ASOS in collaboration with adidas, last week, we put on a catwalk shutting down London’s Warren Street. The apparel collection is inspired by iconic adidas pieces and crafted with ASOS’ creative vision, promising to redefine summer style. Fusing exclusive colourways, bespoke fabrications, embroidery and trend-focused silhouettes against a backdrop of beloved 3-stripes history - each piece blends sporting heritage with enduring street style. Vanessa Spence, Executive Vice President, Brand and Creative at ASOS, says: "This collection marks a bold next step in our long-standing relationship with adidas. We've brought our customers exclusive trainer launches and fresh product drops, and now, we're proud to pioneer this new collection with one of our most trusted partners. To take adidas’ inimitable three stripes and incredible apparel handwriting and rework through our unique fashion lens is a privilege and marks the most exciting launch in the history of the partnership and also ASOS' history." The adidas Originals x ASOS collection will be available to shop exclusively on ASOS.com from Tuesday 15 July 2025

Being whoever you want to be only works if you have people creating a space where everyone feels comfortable to be their authentic selves at work. Chandni’s that person 👇 Chandni’s one of our Senior Assistant Merchandisers in Sportswear and is the perfect blend of being numbers focused and having a creative spirit. She started off at university doing a buying and merchandising degree and even won best business project. Right after university she applied to be an Entry Merchandising Admin Assistant and fast forward five roles in six years, she’s where she wants to be in Sportswear ❤️ What makes Chandni special isn’t just what she does in her role, it’s the community and environment she creates outside of it too. She’s a core member of our Race, Ethnicity and Culture network, where she plays an active role in making ASOS a more inclusive place to work. Not only that, Chandni makes sure everyone feels recognised. “When someone recognises my culture at work, I feel more comfortable. It’s important to me that I share that with others” From bringing treats for Diwali for her team, Chandni creates an environment where everyone, no matter who they are, feels seen and heard. Even if you’re new, Chandni’s a friendly face that’s always there ready to introduce herself so that people have someone to go.
Sometimes we take our top talent away from their desks and into the big wide world 🌎 Why? So they can learn more about how we can deliver the very best to our customers A few months ago we took 9 ASOSers from our Commercial teams and flew them out to India 🇮🇳and Türkiye 🇹🇷 to learn more about the garment manufacturing business so they can learn to make commercial decisions quicker. What did our ASOSers think? They learned how ASOS requests can impact production, make quicker commercial decisions AND got deep insights into processes 💡 Can we get onto the next one? 👀

Meet ✨Kerry✨ When she joined us 14 years ago she didn't know much about designing bags. Now? She's a pro (and self confessed bag-o-holic). She's one of our Tech's in non-clothing and she's chatting to us about 👇 👉How we're always thinking about the customer when it comes to our bags and sunglasses 👉What goes in a fit session for bags (so if you've got a lot of ASOS Design or Topshop bags in your saved items, thank Kerry x)
