• Process & App Development: Modeling workflows, records, and integrations in Appian — including SAIL interfaces and sites in accordance with best-practice guidelines
• Utilizing the Data Fabric: Connecting to live data sources without complex migrations
• Iterate & Optimize: Release in short cycles, gather feedback, and continuously improve UI/UX
• Teamwork: Close collaboration with architects, UX/BAs, and DevOps, sharing knowledge, and conducting code reviews

Ihr Profil

• Appian Associate Developer Certification
• • 3 years of practical Appian experience (SAIL, Records, integrations, Web APIs)
• Experience with automated testing and cloud deployments
• Agile work style & growth mindset: willing to learn, open to feedback, adaptable
• Performance tuning of large SAIL UIs and monitoring stacks
• Primary residence in the Vienna area or willingness to relocate to Vienna

• Experience with AI services or decision engines related to Appian
• Written and spoken German at a minimum B1/B2 level
