YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional and reliable after-sales support to our wholesale customers across Europe.
• Proactively identify customer needs and ensure outstanding service by responding quickly and effectively to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Support our internal sales team and external sales agents in their daily interactions with retailers – including order books, master data, B2B portal support, and account status updates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and collaboration.
• Communicate confidently and appropriately across different languages and business cultures – by phone and email.

WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU

• Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on mindset.
• A service‑first attitude and enjoyment in helping others.
• Calmness and flexibility when things get busy.
• A reliable, detail‑oriented working style.
• Confidence with Excel and Outlook; ERP experience is a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• A connection to the outdoor or sports world is great — but not required.
