What will you do?

• You will independently manage your own clients and projects, from the initial inquiry through to successful execution.
• You will inspire and engage clients with our spirit and passion for creating exceptional events.
• You will confidently negotiate contracts and ensure that all agreements are managed effectively.
• You will respond to individual client needs and develop creative, tailor-made solutions.
• You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and interacting with our diverse clients, associations, and communities with openness and appreciation.
• You have a keen eye for detail and know how to create memorable experiences that exceed client expectations.

What makes you stand out?

You remain calm and maintain an overview even during busy peak times, acting responsibly and with confidence. Your strong attention to detail and high quality standards, combined with a natural warmth and friendliness when dealing with guests and clients, set you apart. Ideally, you already have relevant experience in the event- or hotel industry (minimum 2-3 years) and are fluent in both German and English.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
