      Pros

      Its all about the people! Working for parcelLab comes with working with great people from all over the world. Even by working remote parcelLab is investing a lot through offsite events and creative online sessions to bring everyone together and share great moments. The onboarding is professionell and the positive vibes made me feel as part of the family quickly.

      So far after 3 month there is nothing to complain about. In general the management is very open to get feedback to be able to improve.

      Great company to work at!

      Pros

      What stands out most to me is the great culture at parcelLab! The company is 100% remote (even though we do have offices in Munich, London and Boston), but you never feel alone. Teamwork and Diversity are core values and it really shows. Every engagement you have with your colleagues leaves you inspired, uplifted and you almost always learn something new and exciting. Everybody is open, interested and you can always have a quick chat or call with them. Furthermore, the company is growing rapidly and it is very exciting to see how processes are being transformed and how dynamic everything is. If that's something you enjoy definitely come working for us!

      The only real downside is that since we're a 100% remote, it can sometimes take a while to meet colleagues in person. But if you embrace the lifestyle and have friends in different places why not use that opportunity to go visit your colleagues around the globe ;)?
