Friendly and supportive colleagues, nice work events, no rules on working from home, 35 vacation days, good remote work policy (30 days), some people were really able to "reinvent" themselves and their career at ecoligo
Kontras
chaotic C-level making decisions without realising the consequences, many people leaving or teams getting fired as a cost-saving measure but the workload only being redistrubuted to people from different teams and areas who are staying, knowledge getting lost
