      Pros

      Used to be a decent company with a clear mission. Now it's just a hollow shell run by mostly ex-EA parasites.

      Kontras

      -no career progression or mentoring -uncompetitive compensation -literally the worst company culture -product is a hot mess. tries to do everything, but can't do anything right -at this point unity is earning more money with ads than with games

      Leider viel Fluktuation, Deutschland als Standort spielt dabei keine Rolle bei der Firmenstrategie.

      Great company for competitive salaries and equity schema Ability to work on projects with technology/futuristic work Support at working from home with a generous budget Community focused on active listening and supporting one another Flexibilities on going back to office plans Very reasonable working hours
