Giving our point of view to future candidates is important to us, and we attach great importance to understanding former and current employees.
After the first 6 months, we want to keep at StartingFrance the sales people who have closed deals or who have sourced opportunities that we then manage to close.
In addition, we attach great importance to maintaining a serene and constructive working environment. As such, the first few months with us should confirm that the new employee is interacting positively with his colleagues and managers.
We do not employ interns, apprentices, students, subcontractors or freelancers. On the other hand, we have 3 VIEs working with us and we are very proud of it: This is an excellent way to meet young university graduates motivated by international experience. Both our founder was a young VIE in another company and his partner was ten years ago a VIE at StartingFrance.

For each day at the office, we ask sales people to make 20 contacts by phone and 10 contacts through other channels. You will learn much more at StartingFrance than in a traditional commercial job:
- Direct and indirect sales between France & Germany to Start-ups, SMEs or Key Accounts. In French, English and German.
- Winning new customers (Hunting): Sourcing, Phoning, Mailing and LinkedIn will be your best friends
- Sales visits and exhibitions: Demonstration, Negotiation and Closing will be the keys to success
- Network loyalty and animation (Farming): Designing and implementing the sales action plan, customizing inbound marketing, marketing kit and sales tools.
