Poor leadership. The CEO will tell you one thing to your face and quite another behind your back. What a toxic place. A lot of employees want to work hard but a lot of others will just stab you in the back and you never really know who to trust. And the tech stack, what a total joke. I can't believe investors throw money at a pile of junk that isn't even industry standard let alone cutting edge.
