The company has great culture focusing on employee growth and development. The strong foundation and implementation of Agile principles creates a conducive environment for employees from different parts of the world. The company has successfully manage numerous issues associated with remote teams. Most of us have never meet each other face to face but we work seamlessly most of all we are a family. Each person's opinion is valued. The management genuinely cares about its employees in regards to there mental status, health, spiritual and professional aspirations. At no point do you feel that your unworthy or just a mere employee you feel like you own a portion of the company. As a mother with a young child, upskillable has been extremely supportive and working at home means that my child does not lack the attention he needs when growing up.

If you are not interested in personal development this is not the place for you. If you are not willing to adapt Agile practices and mormophize into something better, this is not the place for you. If you are not willing to manage yourself and take ownership of your role and responsibilities this is not a place for you as the management does not micro manage employees or contractors becoz it's not practical and beats the logic of the company culture which encourages maturity, responsibility, ownership, team work and respect among others.
