- Manager will convince you to work on holidays - Your working hours and attendance depends upon the talktime and no. of call attempts done. If you miss the daily target of calls/talktime, you will loose your attendance for Business development teams. - Macro-management is at its peak. Manager will question you for moving away even for washrooms. This is the culture problem and not the manager's problem, even they are also questioned. - Don't expect a work life balance if you plan to get into this orgnization - HRs are no way supportive for any concerns. They will simply ignore/not respond to your any queries
