A nice small company, with fantastic hard working staff. Free gym membership for all employees. Turnover continues to grow year on year.
Kontras
No career progression, poor wages although the company turns over a large amount each year (where does this money go?), huge difference in salary between middle management and Director level. Real culture of working late. Offered no external training specific to my role.
