Volatile Leadership: Both the direct management and the CEO exhibit frequent emotional outbursts, including yelling at employees over minor issues. The culture is driven by unnecessary drama rather than professional communication.
Lack of Onboarding: Training was virtually non-existent. I was immediately handed many accounts to manage with zero guidance or preparation.
Unviable Compensation: The pay is incredibly low and completely unsustainable for anyone trying to live in New York.
