The culture is driven by unnecessary drama rather than professional communication. Lack of Onboarding: Training was virtually non-existent. I was immediately handed many accounts to manage with zero guidance or preparation. Unviable Compensation: The pay is incredibly low and completely unsustainable for anyone trying to live in New York.
