The immediate team you work with are good. I'd say its somewhere good to learn a bit and gain some experience

upper management beyond that are inept and clueless. Little Job security as your treated as a contractor despite being paid like a regular employee so you take on all the risks a contractor would with none of the pros and a client can just demand you off the account. No real pay increases, some as paltry as a £100 annual raise which just feels insulting. Lack of recognition of good employees who work hard.

Cannot think of any positives

A company which provides new employees with minimal support and assistance and quickly puts them in front of customers without anywhere near sufficient information and project background. Not uncommon for engineers to be assigned to work which is equally not their primary skill area.
