The founding team is completely resistant to counselling, commercially clueless and full of incredibly toxic beliefs when it comes to employee management. There were reinforcements in the management team who, with empathy and expertise, gave hope for change - unfortunately only temporarily. The company has still not managed to develop a viable business model. Hiring and firing is therefore impulsive and arbitrary. If you expect psychological safety, a reasonable work-life balance and regular salary payments, you are in the wrong place.

Good team mates and colleagues

The management and C-Level suite are never around, never available and will talk bad about people who got burnout or left the company. Very rash and negative reaction to people not sharing their opinions on how to proceed. The salary is very subpar to what the market offers. Absolute no perks, not even events were organised.
