For talented individuals just starting out in their careers, working with this team can provide great opportunity to learn from seasoned staff. * Thinking outside the box - seems to be an openness to consider solutions and tools (within reason) outside of what is currently used to solve a problem. *Opportunities for self-improvement- through LinkedIn Learning, seminars addressing Physical and Financial Health * Location- just moved to new location near Woodfield Mall in a high-rise with several cool amenities. * Creative work arrangements - management has been considerate of personal schedule needs, allowing Covid concessions , potential for partial work from home schedule. *Work-Life Balance *Impressive Benefits - Health Insurance, Holiday/PTO, 401K+Match, Stock
