Lying to employees about their increments and company's profit. False promises, manipulates everyone for profit. NEVER TRUST PROMISES. - HR can work remotely forever, but not the employees (except the favoured one). - Involvement in personal affairs. When you work for retailcloud, all your personal and family matters are company's affair too. - Zero technical or personal growth since the company is stuck with 90s technology. If something need to be implemented, it'll be favoured to the core team. Only their voices are heard in the company. - Company is making huge profit, but employee's get peanuts. Even the employee's don't know how much the company makes. - Management is like dictators. They treat employees like slaves whom can work for them anytime, anywhere even in the middle of vacations.
