Having the team go back to office when there is no culture with the customer service team. It’s ALL business. Only a few managers care to listen to employees concerns, while others disregard them. Many managers forwarding “manager escalations” to employees and asking employees to call as a manager or to call like they’re from the corporate office when they are only in tier1/2 customer service.
