      Management is several departments are very poor. This company often promotes based on seniority, not by any measurable leadership abilities. For example:My manager is really bad at all things related to leadership, but really knows how to do the individual jobs of his team.

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Kontras

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
