      1. It's not suitable for foreigners as there is a lot of housing crisis in Ireland. 2. Commuting is a great challenge. Getting a driving license is not so easy in Ireland (I would say it's a nightmare). 3. The process is pretty slow. The HRs are quite passive. The relocation for foreigners is not good.

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Kontras

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
