I love working at onOne. Rarely have I worked at a place where everyone is on the same team. There is little, if any politics and everyone has a chance to be heard. If you are looking for a place where one person can make a difference I'd check it out.

onOne isn't a giant company, which is part of its charm, and that means the reporting structure is flat. You will probably report to a VP so you need to bring your A game.
Management is a mixture of robotic and explosive/pouty, depending on which end of the table you're looking at. Keep your head down, do the work, and enjoy yourself without being too ambitions.
