Pros

The main reasons to consider nWay is the people and the challenge. If you are looking for a great group of people to work with and are tired of the normal grind of doing the same thing every day this is the place. If you want to be able to contribute in many different areas and to be at a company you can make a difference nWay is for you.

Kontras

Due to resource constraints focus may switch frequently to deal with changing priorities. Resource constraints also contribute to an unbalanced work / life balance. This is not entirely the companies fault as recruiting has been ongoing but good quality talent is hard to find. This isn't really a Pro or a Con but compensation / benefits are not as good as companies that have released a product. The upside is much higher though as the team has managed to stay somewhat lean.

Pros

My interview experience went really smooth. The process was fun and enjoyable because all interviewers are really nice, passionate for work, and show respects to the interviewee. And recruiter is also very friendly and responsive as well.

Pros

Lots of room to grow and learn from people that was willing to teach in almost every department.

There was a couple of times where you are left to figure out something yourself and you couldn't really ask for help
