- Good structure. There aren't too many curveballs, especially at the Helpdesk level.
- Searches for clients by cultural fit and business size, creating a very positive work environment.
- Rewards excellent customer service in technicians.
Kontras
- Management will bend over backwards for large clients and tends to over promise at times.
- Male dominated. In my 3 years there there were 4 female employees total and all but one turned over for various reasons.
- Tends to under-train employees and expects you to learn on your own. Sink/swim environment.
