We get to work with talented pool of people having zero High Headedness. mCarbon has a flat structure, allows everyone to reach out anybody in the company. People express their thoughts with ease & freedom that in turn, don’t fall into deaf ear. To the organization, each employee matters, not just few individuals! As an employees I feel "I belong here" ..with pride!
