What appears externally as a ‘fast-growing startup’ is internally a deeply dysfunctional organization controlled entirely by a husband-wife duo who blur personal dynamics with business decisions every single day! 1. Priorities change overnight depending on founder mood and internal disagreements 2. Very high attrition across teams; good employees rarely stay long 3. Multiple rounds of mass layoffs, I got impacted too in Nov last year 4. No work-life balance — late-night calls, weekend work, and constant availability expected 5. Public blame culture; employees often made scapegoats for leadership failures 6. Company branding externally is very different from the internal reality
