One of a kind team building atmosphere, not common with most consulting firms. You really feel as part of a family. InterRel provides free education via youtube and books. Many companies who are not clients continue to purchase interRel's books and reference them as an original source. During my time, I saw excellent leadership by Edward Roske and those project managers I worked with.

Leadership is very forward-thinking and the strong culture is fostered from the top down, and embraced throughout the organization.
