Pros
The company is growing very fast and has significant investment from well established investors. It's exciting to be part of the journey in a SaaS, MarTech business while it is going through explosive growth (both organically and by acquisition or other companies). The culture here is very people first. If you start here as a grad, or in any role, you will get shares in the company. There is also "unlimited holiday" which essentially means take off the time you need to enjoy your life and manage your own time. Putting this responsibility on the employee empowers people to manage their own work/life balance. Finally the general vibe of the company is "feel good", the industry niche is under the the umbrella of "Marketing and Advertising" which is a fun industry to work in anyway! The people are fun, have good energy and want the company and each other to be successful.
Kontras
This isn't necessarily a "con", but we are fast approaching 1000 people globally. During this "scale up" period of growth the company needs to think more seriously about the "people infrastructure". A proper, established HR function with a C-Suite people person, and an established talent acquisition function in each region. This is really starting to take shape and I can see the heavy investment in these areas which is great.
