Internship Review - Business Analyst bei iStrata Digital: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The best part of this organisation are the people who run the show. I worked here as an intern for 3 months as a growth marketing and analyst intern. The working culture here doesn’t treat you as an intern or an outsider they treat you as a part of the organisation they proactively take initiative towards teaching you and your growth. I have worked at many MNCs like Accenture, Jio, DnB as an intern but i can assure you the work exposure you get here cannot be matched, they also provide us with client level projects with full autonomy and freedom. It is not a huge organisation like other MNCs but if your reasons are to learn and self growth, I would say this would be the best place to work at to leverage your skills and gain experience from the seniors working at the organisation.

Not many downsides, great learning and working exposure.

1. Transparency 2. Top management is approachable. 3. No bar on the number of projects one want to work upon you get projects related to your own interests. 4. They listen to your ideas and help you achieve / implement the same. 5. Diversity - people from diverse places / culture work here.
