      None, as the company has a poor/ rude HR and Admin Management.

      Kontras

      good for mid level job but no OT PAY and will not consider offering a night differential.

      I am sorry to read that you felt our admin and HR team was rude. I can guarantee, however, that all employees working during night shift hours are compensated with a night shift differential, as stated in the labor code. We comply with all DOLE mandates and directives.

      Pros

      You get to work directly with the client you are assigned to. You are like directly employed and iScale will just give you administrative support which is sufficient most of the time.

      Kontras

      Sometimes HR and Admin could be so-so. Not really a deal breaker.
