Sometimes HR and Admin could be so-so. Not really a deal breaker.

Clients are generous. They give bonuses. HR and admins are approachable.

But once client no longer need you. Iscale will let you go, You can't transfer to a different client. Can't re-apply to iscale for 2 years.
