      Great company to start a career with fair compensation for a local business. Friendly co-workers and work environment.

      Maybe for a fresh graduate who only seeks experience its great but for an experienced professional, the compensation is abviously not that high as to compare with international companies. Still, employees have their own goals to achieve.
