nothing just waste of time and skills

you have to submit your phone during you shift (10 hr) no hike (they have there own criteria ) only 1 hr break is allowed after that you salary will be deducted even you are 2 min late they will deduct 1 hr money as fine Pathetic atmosphere. No hierarchy is followed. Only proprietorship working method with name of mnc. No job security. If you are working work till you get better opportunity in hand. People who don't get jobs outside sustain here for long. Rest capable people have moved immediately.
