The company has had a focus of scaling for growth over the last 2 years, understanding and documenting processes and implementing automation and other efficiencies. The software that we offer and customer experience is the top priority. Focus on culture, collaboration and transparencies has been a positive change. Being a smaller company, you can see where your contributions directly impact the success of your team and the company overall.
