They make you pay for your tools $140 every PAYCHECK for softwares used to find candidates; indeed, careerbuilder, zoom info, LinkedIn recruiter) Recruiters are forced to have 100 job postings up and active when they aren’t even real jobs. They will try and sue you if you go out and find another job. Coaches make 90K a year and do absolutely nothing but breathe down your neck meanwhile the Recruiters make 35K a year before taxes.
