- Leadership is very micromanagey - Their insurance plans cost a ton and are crappy insurance - You basically are paying them to work with the draw, think about it, they "advance" you money to do your job, then expect you to pay them back once you see success from this job you are doing to help them grow their brand, you are not getting that much in commission, cannot determine what you as an independent consultant for them are going to charge the clients YOU found for them. You mine as well start your own recruiting business and do the same model, cold call people and then head hunt for people to fill their roles and collect 100% of the money yourself. - everyone is very pushy and the type of sales people you do not want to encounter - I thought it would get better after training and I was wrong, still have people checking over my shoulder to ensure that I am doing the work for them that I am barely making minimum wage to do - they make it so they can check in on how many calls you make per day to ensure you are doing the work you signed up for, that if you did not do you would not make any money really. but somehow its a privilege to be able to work for them when you would make more working at a grocery store. - they tell you that you can make all this money with placements within a few months, when realistically you still need to find these so called clients which takes months and then you can find the placements so after talking with others that is more like 6-9 months not within the first 3. - do not get caught up with someone that needs an attorney because that also comes out of your pocket, not the company that you work for and are doing the job for to find them the client and the placement for that client.

Kontras

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.

-Long hours expected -Draw pay which was then recouped by company by taking it out of the money that make from placements -Training is basically just slamming cold calls and talking you into getting over your anxiety of bothering people all day -You get assigned an industry to target and if you get a bad one, good luck. -No support from upper management -Nepotism is rampant
