Oversight was minimal and laid back.

Terrible QA/QC. When questioned directly by GC about compaction I answered truly. I was fired directly after that meeting by my boss who had been dodging that situation. So I can’t recommend them to others!

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard.
A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
-Long hours expected
-Draw pay which was then recouped by company by taking it out of the money that make from placements
-Training is basically just slamming cold calls and talking you into getting over your anxiety of bothering people all day
-You get assigned an industry to target and if you get a bad one, good luck.
-No support from upper management
-Nepotism is rampant
