- No bonuses - Extra working hours - Managers sit on you head up to a point where they micro manage your mouse cursor movement as well. - Some leaders at the top are so laid back and in their own space. They don’t interact with more than 2 people around them. I’m shocked how they’ve kept them at their role. - Poor salary hike. Can’t even ask for it even if you have a thriving ARVE/KPI. - It’s all about money, on your face!
