The people at frog are amazing. They are the reason why people stick around for so long. Community, culture and wellbeing are often features of our weekly meetings. Everyone helps each other. There is a culture of "casualness" at frog, which I appreciate. The hierarchy is rather flat. You have access to the full global network of frog. With the integration into Capgemini Invent, there is a much-improved benefits package which is appreciated by everyone. Things have become a lot smoother/easier to do.

frog has just been through quite a difficult integration. Though the operational integration has happened, the cultural integration begins (frog with Capgemini Invent). The management needs to be very careful in their communication that they don't come across as too corporate, while at the same time minimising the pain of the new processes (and especially the tools) that we have to follow. For example, despite being an English-speaking company, all of our communication from our parent company comes exclusively in German.
