No ethical values at all Be prepared to face worse stalking behavior from colleagues You will never feel like working in a software company No HR team or such to share your problems (Zero safety) Nobody cares about your comfort Completely unplanned schedules of work. No vision at all.

1. Excellent work atmosphere and flexibility. 2. Good understanding between employees and management, everyone is very supportive. 3. Throws great challenges everyday, in terms of learning there is no limit, got a sea of knowledge. 4. Gets an opportunity to work on cutting edge technology. 5.
