Very little opportunity for holiday, lost at the end of the year if you don't take it, but actively make it more difficult for you to take it by obfuscating how much you have and then denying requests for holiday on whim. Very difficult to get in contact with, phoneline is useless; with either full answerphones, switched off mobiles or no one picking up on the other end. Email responses are hit and miss, sometimes you'll get a reply, sometimes not. Communication method is clearly decided by the trusty dartboard method, as you can send a text or call and get an email in return. No career path forward. An app which constantly crashes, restarts and loses progress after doing so. Full of spelling mistakes and grammar errors, and occasionally double entry points. Embarrassing. Company will regularly charge you for missing shifts, previously at a higher rate than was being paid; so you could miss 5 hours at £10 and be charged for 5 hours at £12, on top of not being paid because you didn't work. Sounds illegal, right?
