      It is a relaxed atmosphere without much stress. Most people are very friendly and are willing to help wherever they can. The company also has good benefits.

      Communication is very poor between the different locations. No one has any idea what's going on with everyone else and there is misinformation being spread everywhere. Office politics plays a big role in how and when things get done.

      Pros

      Company is dedicated to helping out their clients and subsequently their patients. Its a great feeling knowing you are making a difference in healthcare. Great leadership in other sectors of the business.

      Kontras

      A lot of racial favoritism. Interns will work on senior level projects, while full time employees are not assigned any work. Very much stuck in a late 90s mentality of programming/language concepts. If you are not wanted, you will know very quickly.
