The people I work with are great and they make it feel like a real team even though we've never met, we work remotely and in our virtual world. Interesting work. Excellent benefits.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
