The company and senior leadership will do what they can to save a buck. They’ll offshore what they can, put more work on your plate with the same pay, and make derogatory (and frankly sexist) comments when you ask for compensation to align with expanded scope

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
