      Working here has been an incredible experience! There are so many advantages that it’s hard to name them all. The multiple revenue streams make it feel like I have a steady base income on top of my real estate commissions, which gives me great financial stability. But what truly sets this company apart is the outstanding support system - it’s unlike anything I’ve experienced at any other brokerage in my career. I feel valued, supported, and set up for success every single day.

      The only real drawback I can think of is that the virtual office model isn’t for everyone. You have to be proactive about connecting and attending in-person events, but the great news is, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. In my experience, many new agents who leave early simply didn’t give it enough time to discover all the incredible perks and flexibility this company offers.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.

      The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
