      It's a nice office and location.

      Overworked and severely underpaid. Management is a joke. The owners are nice people, to your face, but see you as only a workhorse to line their pockets. There is no consideration for your personal time, as they expect you to be at their beck and call and all hours. This is the coldest, most unorganized and unprofessional environment I've ever experienced. The internal operations are a mess and completely contradict what Sandra, the owner, preaches to the members. Stay away!

      We are sorry you feel this was your experience. As a small company, it's understandable that in some cases, employee's would feel as though they may be taken advantage. There is a process in place via supervisors to lodge complaints and resolve issues.

      I love the environment here. The owners really care for the team and recently they’ve shifted the company culture and really got us involved in the companies growth trajectory which makes it exciting to work here and me excited for my growth too! I’m definitely never bored and I like the fast paced energy in the office

      There is never downtime. The company demands a lot from us. But we know what we are working towards
