Management will make great promises and seem genuine at pushing your career forward but its all a lie. They provide little to no training and expect you to complete a double workload frowning upon over time. You won’t get raises more than a few cents every year even with promotions all though they expect even more of you. The management will speak highly of you when you are around but talk down on you and throw you under the bus when you are not around. The turnover in this company is exhausting which makes working on projects a nightmare whether you are a technician or doing admin work in the office.
