Very limited growth. It's a family-run business, so there's lots of nepotism, cronyism, and office politics. In fact, that's the majority of the company because they don't pay well enough or treat people well enough to stay so they rely in family ties or hiring people who don't know what they are doing and just giving them fancy titles to try to get them to stay. There's sexism, racism, discrimination, harassment and it all goes unchecked.
