Awesome company. I have worked for several companies which claim to care about their employees, this is the first pine which I feel actually does. my supervisor is the best manager I have worked for in nearly 20 years. I know all the department heads and can tell you that they all are actively involved in 2 things, how to make the company profitable and efficient, and employee satisfaction. I have had several companies try to recruit me away from ereplacementparts, some even at a raise, and have turned them all down as this is the first places that I have always felt like what I do master's and that my work is appreciated. They work with my needs and I consider my co-workers to be actual friends. The president is amazing and really does care about his employees. They have annual employee survey that management actually reads and follows up on. Best company I have ever worked for.
